Vice-Rector of Baku Engineering University(BEU) for International Relations, Associate Professor Manafaddin Namazov, Head of International Relations and Project Management Arif Najimov, Dean of Engineering Faculty, Associate Professor Huseyn Mirzayev, Head of Computer and Information Technology, Associate Professor Babek Abbasov have attended an online meeting organized with the employees of University of Derby.
The meeting discussed opportunities for the development of international relations between the two universities, the development of dual diplomas and research programs. At the end of the discussions, it was decided to prepare proposals to the rectors of both universities and organize an additional online meeting by the end of May.
It should be noted that the University of Derby in England is one of the partners from the European Union in the consortium of the Erasmus + KA2 project (https://magnus2020.com) participated by BEU, funded by European Union and entitled "Development of master's programs in mobile applications and game design (MAGnUS) in partner universities".
