BEU employees attend International Training

On July 1, 2019, Babak Abbasov, Head of Computer and Information Technology Department of Baku Engineering University, and Head of the Laboratory of the Department, Rauf Suleymanli have participated in the event within the framework of ERASMUS+KA2 project “Developing Master Programmes in Mobile Application and Game Design(MAGNUS)” organized the University of Derby and sponsored by the European Union. On the first day of the event, Janer Lundquist, Professor of the Linköping University in Sweden and the head of the Erasmus + KA2 project MAGnUS, gave detailed information to the training participants.
Later, lecture of the University of Derby and international trainer of the project, Professor Carlton McDonald's instructors were informed about the four-day program and started trainings. After the visit, BEU staff held a detailed discussion of the training with the project working group at the International Relations and Project Management Department of the Vice-rectorate for International Relations. During the discussions, they exchanged views on the responsibilities of BEU during the 3-year (2019-2021) implementation of the project, ways to apply the experience gained from foreign partners within the framework of the project among other universities, the laboratory organization to be established at BEU, as well as the new courses and curriculum on graduate degree program.
